When Doctor Who returned in 2005, the team built an entirely new TARDIS. This version was bigger than any of its predecessors and, in fact, bigger than an original London police box. The production team actually made four different versions of the prop but there were no significant differences between them.

The model is 1:21 scale to match the Eaglemoss figurines and stands 14.3 cm tall.

This incredible sixth scale statue shows the Tenth Doctor as portrayed by David Tennant. He is dressed in the blue version of his suit, holding his sonic screwdriver and wearing his trench coat.

The statue is in scale with Eaglemoss's other mega statues, and is perfect to be displayed alongside the Fourth and the Fifteenth Doctors. It was sculpted digitally before being cast in a high quality resin and painted by hand.

The operation is coordinated by the Cyber Controller who is based on a Cybus Industries airship above London. The Eaglemoss figurine shows him in the 'throne' that links him to the cyber network.

They travelled through time to the 18th century, making various attempts to steal her brain. As part of their plan they dressed like members of the French court.

At the end of the Time War, the Master used a chameleon arch to turn himself into the human Professor Yana. He then hid himself as the end of the Time. Yana was a kind man who only realised his true identity when he met the Doctor. Once he regenerated, the Master was as murderous as ever. The figurine, which is one of Eaglemoss's very best, is 9.6 cm tall.

When a small faction of Daleks arrived in Manhattan they converted homeless human beings into slaves with pig DNA. They made their debut in the Tenth Doctor story 'The Daleks in Manhattan'. The figurine is 10 cm tall.

This figure captures Dalek as they appear in he Tenth Doctor episode 'The Daleks Take Manhattan'. The half human-Dalek hybrid was a failed Dalek experiment in revitalising their race. In 'Tooth and Claw' the Doctor and Rose meet Queen Victoria who is being threatened by a Werewolf (or as the Doctor calls it a Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform). It's actually an alien that can transform its host by infecting its blood. It planned to take control of Britain by infecting the Queen. The Doctor eventually defeats it using moonlight. The Eaglemoss figurine was a special issue that stands 15 cm tall.

The Tritovores were insect like humanoids with heads that would have looked at home on a giant fly. They appeared in the story 'Planet of the Dead', when they captured the Tenth Doctor and Christina de Souza, who they believed were responsible for crashing their spaceship. The figurine is 10 cm tall.

The Carrionites appeared to be witches who appeared in the Tenth Doctor story 'The Shakespeare Code'. In reality they were aliens who had adopted human form. They had a technology that used words to produce enormous power.

The figure is 9.4 cm tall.

Novice Hame was part of a religious order called the The Sisters of Plenitude who founded the hospital on New Earth. Their work resulted in cures for nearly all diseases but, as the Tenth Doctor discovered, they used unethical methods. Novice Hame reappeared in 'Gridlock' where she served as the Face of Boe's nurse. The Eaglemoss figurine is 10 cm (just under 4") tall.
