Competition: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. Master Replicas [full legal entity name and registered address].
2. Eligibility. Open to residents of the United Kingdom and all other countries outside the United States (where entry is permitted by local law), aged 18 or over at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone connected with the competition.
3. How to enter. Entry is free; no purchase necessary. Complete the form here and correctly answer all five multiple-choice questions before the closing time. One entry per person; bulk or automated entries are void.
4. Competition period. Opens [09:00] GMT on Saturday 31st October 2026 and closes 23:59 GMT on Sunday 22nd November 2026.
5. Prizes. One (1) prize: a Master Replicas Brass Dalek (RRP £499.99) and an uncut sheet of Doctor Who Battles in Time Dalek Invasion cards, not sold anywhere else. Product prizes are subject to availability; the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value. There is one prize and one winner in total: entries made on the Promoter’s UK and US competition pages are combined into a single draw.
6. Winner selection. The single winner is drawn at random from all entries, across both the UK and US competition pages, that answer all five questions correctly.
7. Notification. The winner will be selected and notified by email on Monday 23rd November 2026 (Doctor Who Day). A winner who does not respond within 14 days of notification may be replaced by a redraw.
8. Publicity. The Promoter may publish winner's first name and county/state. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity.
9. Data. Personal data is used only to administer the competition, in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional, separate, and not a condition of entry.
10. General. No cash alternative; prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter may amend or cancel the competition, or these terms, where reasonably necessary. The Promoter's decision is final. Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
11. Not endorsed by third parties. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the licensor or by any social-media platform used to promote it.
