The Carrionites appeared to be witches who appeared in the Tenth Doctor story 'The Shakespeare Code'. In reality they were aliens who had adopted human form. They had a technology that used words to produce enormous power.

This figurine captures Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor, clad in the ceremonial Gallifreyan robes he donned in 'The Deadly Assassin'. The story saw the Fourth Doctor pitted against the Master who returned after three years in a new, decrepit wraith-like form played by Peter Pratt! The Winders were cyborg policemen on the Starship UK. Their heads which were human on one side, rotated rotated to reveal an horrific smiling face. The figurine is 10 cm tall.

The Cheetah People appeared in the Seventh Doctor story 'Survival' and were the last aliens to appear in the series classic run. They were originally humanoids who took on catlike characteristics including fur, fangs and claws, when they were exposed to a a virus that rewrote their DNA.

The Monoids appeared in the First Doctor story 'The Ark'. After their own planet was destroyed, they joined humans on the Ark that was fleeing Earth before the planet was consumed by the sun. Syggron was a Kraal scientist who developed almost indestructible androids, which he planned to use to invade Earth when the Kraal planet became uninhabitable. He appeared in the Fourth Doctor story 'The Android Invasion' and was killed by a vial of a virus he had developed to wipe out humanity.

Novice Hame was part of a religious order called the The Sisters of Plenitude who founded the hospital on New Earth. Their work resulted in cures for nearly all diseases but, as the Tenth Doctor discovered, they used unethical methods. Novice Hame reappeared in 'Gridlock' where she served as the Face of Boe's nurse. The Eaglemoss figurine is 10 cm (just under 4") tall.
