This set contains some of the most terrifying Daleks in history, from the Dalek drones that invaded Earth to the Supreme Dalek that tried to destroy all of reality. The current version of the TARDIS was actually introduced during the Doctor’s thirteenth regeneration in 2018. It combines the best of all the previous TARDIS props with definite echoes of the original version used by William Hartnell. It has a stacked roof and a more sophisticated paint scheme than its immediate predecessor.

Our model was built by Gavin Rymill. It is 1:21 scale (to go with The Doctor Who Figurine Collection) and stands 139 mm tall to the top of the lamp.

This model of Supreme Dalek appeared in the Fifth Doctor story 'Resurrection of the Daleks', which sees the Daleks attack London and make moves in their war with the Time Lords. It is 7.6 cm tall.

The Cybermen were redesigned in the Tenth Doctor's first season. These Cybermen, who made their debut in the story 'Rise of the Cybermen', were from a parallel universe where Cybus Industries was the most powerful corporation on Earth. The design gave them hard outer bodies for the first time and became the most familiar version of the Cybermen for the next decade.

After the end of the Time War the Doctor believed that all the Daleks were trapped outside normal space and time, but one of them had survived. The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.
