This figure depicts the imposing Omega, standing tall over Jon Pertwee’s Third Doctor. He wears a metallic green cloak and gold mask that are meant to protect him from the ravages of radiation, but the radiation has long since worn away his physical body.

This model of Supreme Dalek appeared in the Fifth Doctor story  'Resurrection of the Daleks', which sees the Daleks attack London and make moves in their war with the Time Lords. It is 7.6 cm tall.

The Valeyard was a malevolent version of the Doctor who was pulled out of time. He claimed to be created from somewhere between the Doctor's Twelfth and Thirteenth regenerations. He led the prosecution of the Sixth Doctor in the Trial of a Time Lord, hoping to take the Doctor's remaining regenerations for himself. The figurine is 9.6 cm tall.

Eliza was a human woman who was transformed into a being of living wood afer an encounter with a group of alien insects. She spent 70 years in this form, but forgot what had happened to her. Her son killed many people in order to keep her alive, but when she found out what had happened, she was horrified and gave up her own life. The figurine is 9.5 cm tall.

The Autons are a form of living plastic that is animated by the Nestene Consciousness. They made their debut in 'Spearhead from Space', the story that introduced the Third Doctor. As part of their plan, they created humanlike bodies that had guns concealed in their hands. This figurine shows an Auton worker, who were effectively warriors and only had crude features.

Sharaz Jek is the villain in 'The Caves of Androzani', which is one of the most admired Doctor Who stories ever made. He was a specialist in androids, who he used to harvest toxic spectrox. He was horribly burned in an accident which led him to wear a distinctive black and white mask. He was eventually killed in a battle with his nemesis Morgus. The figurine is roughly 10 cm tall.

They then conquered the planet for real, but only after requesting humanity's permission. They were shapeshifters, and chose a form that looked like a human corpse. The figurine is 10 cm tall.

In 'Tooth and Claw' the Doctor and Rose meet Queen Victoria who is being threatened by a Werewolf (or as the Doctor calls it a Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform). It's actually an alien that can transform its host by infecting its blood. It planned to take control of Britain by infecting the Queen. The Doctor eventually defeats it using moonlight. The Eaglemoss figurine was a special issue that stands 15 cm tall.

This figurine captures Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor, clad in the ceremonial Gallifreyan robes he donned in 'The Deadly Assassin'. The story saw the Fourth Doctor pitted against the Master who returned after three years in a new, decrepit wraith-like form played by Peter Pratt! The President of Gallifrey is resigning, and ready to name his successor but the Doctor is an unwanted guest at the ceremony. Scale 1:21, approx 110mm tall.

Ashad was a Cyberman who planned to wipe out all organic life and convert the Cybermen into a purely robotic race. Unlike other Cybermen, he didn’t have an emotional inhibitor and had only been partially converted.  He encountered the Thirteenth Doctor when she visited the Villa Diodati and he was killed by the Master during the assault on Gallifrey.

In David Tennant's first season as the Doctor, he visits a parallel Earth where people are gradually being converted into Cybermen. The operation is coordinated by the Cyber Controller who is based on a Cybus Industries airship above London. The Eaglemoss figurine shows him in the 'throne' that links him to the cyber network.
