Karvanista was a dog-like alien who was the last surviving member of the Division, a Time Lord 'special forces' group that intervened to protect Gallifrey. He was effectively the Fugitive Doctor's companion. During the Flux he was bonded with Dan Lewis, and kidnapped him in order to save him.

The Twelfth Doctor encountered this dream version of Santa in 'Last Christmas'. He was the product of the dream crabs - clawlike creatures that latch on a human head and feed on people's brains while putting them in a dream state.

When the Doctor was suffering from a bout of depression he took refuge in nineteenth century London. While he was there he encountered the Great Intelligence, who was bringing malevolent snowmen to life to act as his enforcers. The Snowman figurine is 10 cm tall.

At the end of the Time War, the Master used a chameleon arch to turn himself into the human Professor Yana. He then hid himself as the end of the Time. Yana was a kind man who only realised his true identity when he met the Doctor. Once he regenerated, the Master was as murderous as ever. In the episode 'Smile' the Doctor and Bill encounter Emojibots who kill anyone who appears to be unhappy. The robots had display screens in place of faces, which showed emojis indicating whether they were happy of murderous. The Eaglemoss figurine is 3.2" (8.2 cm) tall.

The Silurians ruled Earth millions of years before humans evolved, but environmental changes forced them to put themselves into hibernation. This version of the Silurians is from the Fifth Doctor story 'Warriors of the Deep' when they teamed up with their cousins the Sea Devils to attack Sea Base Four as the beginning of a plot to reclaim control of the Earth. The figurine is approximately 11 cm tall.

The Damaged Cyberman from the story 'Closing Time' shows the shabby Cyberman with scars and holes on his body. It is meticulously handpainted to show the age of the Cyberman.

This figure depicts the imposing Omega, standing tall over Jon Pertwee’s Third Doctor. He wears a metallic green cloak and gold mask that are meant to protect him from the ravages of radiation, but the radiation has long since worn away his physical body.

Aggedor features in two classic Third Doctor stories: 'The Curse of Peladon' and 'The Monster of Peladon'. For many years, the Peladonians believed Aggedor was a myth. Their legends said that the creature would bring terror, darkness and death when it returns.  The Doctor and Jo discover that the Aggedor were very real and that at least one has survived. That Aggedor is being manipulated in an attempt to disrupt a galactic alliance but the Doctor soon befriends it.

This figure was one of Eaglemoss's oversized specials and is approximately 13 cm tall.

This model of Supreme Dalek appeared in the Fifth Doctor story  'Resurrection of the Daleks', which sees the Daleks attack London and make moves in their war with the Time Lords. It is 7.6 cm tall.
